Pre-procedure recommendations:

  • Limit contact with direct sunlight. If this is not possible, apply a cream with a high level of protection to the skin before going outdoors.
  • Stop using self-tanners.
  • For the period of preparation, stop visiting a tanning salon. At the time of the procedure, the skin should be as light as possible. This will allow the laser to fight vegetation more effectively.
  • Do not use traumatic methods of hair removal - it is important to preserve the structure. It is allowed to use razors, which affect only the length of the hair.
  • The hair must be shaved before the procedure. During the consultation, the cosmetologist will tell you the exact value, depending on the selected area: arms, legs, face, bikini area, etc.
  • For 2-3 days limit the use of cosmetics, as well as creams, lotions based on alcohol. The skin must be clean. Otherwise, it will be more difficult for the laser to process the surface, and burns are possible.
  • Two weeks before the procedure, limit the intake of medications. Stop taking tetracycline antibiotics.
